Return Policy
Trendzix provides a transparent and customer-friendly returns and refunds policy to ensure an efficient buying experience.

Returns and exchanges are permitted within 5 days of delivery. The equitable Usage Policy allows for a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 per item.

Return Pickup: Scheduled within 24-48 hours of request, with a maximum of three attempts.

Refunds for COD orders are credited within 7 working days of pickup.

Refunds for prepaid orders are provided to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-refundable items include reward points, store credit, and shipping charges.
Note that:
For Prepaid Orders :-
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days after checking the product.
For COD Orders :-
- Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7 working days after the return pickup is completed and also after checking the product.
- 50 rs extra charges for every COD order.
- The COD charge is not eligible for a refund.
Trendzix will not stand liable for any changes or any damage caused by the customer to the product.
Items that are eligible for return must be in their original condition, with tags intact. Products that have been used, worn, or damaged are not eligible for a refund. To preserve hygienic standards, certain products, such as accessories, eyewear, perfumes, masks, and innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks), cannot be returned. Trendzix retains the right to change these exclusions without prior notice.
Customers must report damages to Trendzix within one day of delivery via the social network (@trendzix.com) or WhatsApp. Damaged or defective items will be assessed upon return, and if accepted, refunds will be processed within 30 working days of confirmation. Customers must also report missing packages within 24 hours of obtaining their delivery confirmation. Trendzix invites clients to contact them via the social media platform or WhatsApp if they require assistance, offering a simple resolution procedure.
